Jared Gutstadt is the award-winning co-founder and lead creative force at full-service music marketing agency Jingle Punks.
He has created scores for brands (Pepsi, Jack Daniels, Three Olives Vodka, Big Heart Pet Brands), television (LA to Vegas, Step Up Highwater, Pawn Stars, The Voice, American Pickers), film (Lego Ninjago, SI Films: 89 Blocks, and Top 10 country records (Steven Tyler, Brad Paisley). Most recently, he wrote and produced Lil Wayne’s last official track, “No Mercy,” which appears as the theme song for Fox Sports’ show, Skip and Shannon: Undisputed. He is also executive producer on countless film and TV projects including MTV’s “Kingin’ With Tyga” and VH1’s upcoming “The FaceTime Agency,” alongside Timbaland.
Gutstadt and his agency are at the forefront of developing up-and-coming artists, talent procurement, and brand/marketing partnerships. Their most recent artist incubation with an eye on ad potential was comedy rap star, Lil Dicky, who in 2015 broke into the Top 10 on the iTunes Pop Charts and licensed his song “Save Dat Money” for an Old Navy commercial.
Gutstadt has collaborated with artists including Bob Dylan,, T-Bone Burnett, Jason ‘Poo Bear’ Boyd, Steven Tyler, Lil Wayne, Timbaland, Nas, Ty Dolla $ign, G-Eazy, Brad Paisley, Kris Kristofferson, Dierks Bentley and Lynyrd Skynyrd on original music creation. He recently took the stage with Grammy Award-winning producer/songwriter, Poo Bear at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity to discuss the future of music marketing with celebrity talent. He is one of the most recognized names in the music for content space.
