Jeff Peters

Jeff is a songwriter, producer, and composer based in New York City. An avid instrument and gear collector, he has a knack for crafting anything from lush orchestral arrangements to dirty beats, shimmering pop to indie rock. His compositions have been featured on The Voice, American Pickers, and HBO, and has scored Morgan Spurlock’s feature films Comic Con and Eagle Huntress, ESPN’s 30 for 30 series (The Marinovich Project and When the Garden Was Eden) a piece for the 2012 Academy Awards, and Step Up: Highwater. Jeff has also provided the music for ad campaigns for Three Olives Vodka, Pepsi, Suntrust, and Chevy. He has had songs placed in the LEGO Ninjago Movie and History’s Texas Rising, and wrote the new theme for Good Morning America. Jeff has been awarded 6 ASCAP Film and Television awards for his work on the Voice.

Jeff is comfortable writing tracks from scratch or helping to mold an existing idea or song. Usually working behind the scenes in his studio to shape the harmonic and melodic direction of an idea, his productions elevate a demo to full sonic realization. His songwriting and production credits include Steven Tyler, Nas, Ty Dolla $ign, G-Eazy, Kris Kristofferson, Dierks Bentley and collaborations with Grammy winning songwriter Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd and LP. He is also the composer/arranger and multi-instrumentalist for the Jingle Punks Hipster Orchestra.
