When we started Jingle Punks in a studio apartment way back in economically dire 2008, we didn’t dream we’d make it to the Wall Street Journal.
But that’s what’s happened. On June 21, 2013, the Summer solstice no less, the Journal gave us some love. Check out the article, called “The Reality-TV Sound Factory,” over at the Journal. (Don’t have a login? Read it on our Tumblr.)
We could quote the whole thing, but here’s one that gets to the root of our philosophy: “The Jingle Punks model shows how musicians are carving out new business opportunities beyond traditional record sales and live performances.”
Thanks to the Journal for the coverage (and check out more Jingle Punks press here.)
